Abstract:
Tato práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje historickému vývoji družstevnictví. Druhá kapitola definuje pojmy a předpisy, které s družstevnictvím souvisejí a které jej upravují. Třetí a čtvrtá kapitola se věnuje základním tématům této práce, a to právům a povinnostem spojeným s členstvím v bytových družstvech a charakteristice právního vztahu člena a bytového družstva.
Abstract:
This work is divided into four chapters. The first chapter deals with the historical development of the cooperative movement. The second chapter defines the terms and regulations that relate to the co-operative and which govern it.
