Building of skyscrapers as an indicator of an overheated economy
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda existuje vztah mezi výstavbou výškových budov a ekonomickým poklesem. Tato spojitost bude zkoumána ve vybraných státech s odlišnou ekonomickou situací; ve vyspělých, nově industrializovaných i rozvojových zemích, v časovém horizontu 50 let. The aim of the thesis is to determine whether there is a link between the construction of high-rise buildings and economic downturn. This relationship will be explored in selected countries with different economic situations; in developed, newly industrialized and developing countries, where the time horizon is set at 50 years.
