The importance of knowledge management for companies operating in the area of Finance 4.0

Abstract:

Tato práce se zaměřuje na význam znalostního managementu v kontextu podniků působících v oblasti Finance 4.0. Zdůvodňuje výběr tématu prostřednictvím jeho aktuálnosti v současném světě, zejména s ohledem na změny v technologiích, trhu a konkurenci. Cílem práce je analyzovat, jak efektivně řídit a využívat znalosti jako strategický zdroj pro dosažení konkurenční výhody v rámci Finance 4.0. Práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci klíčových faktorů a strategií pro efektivní využívání znalostí, analyzuje současné trendy v oblasti Finance 4.0 a zkoumá jejich vliv na implementaci znalostního managementu. Postupně rozebírá klíčové koncepty znalostního managementu a jejich aplikace v praxi. Práce dále obsahuje analýzu současného stavu znalostního managementu v podnicích Finance 4.0, identifikaci výzev a překážek při implementaci tohoto konceptu a návrh doporučení pro zlepšení a efektivní využití znalostního managementu. Řešení hlavních problémů je zaměřeno na implementaci nových technologií a procesů, podporu kultury sdílení znalostí a vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Výsledkem práce jsou konkrétní kroky pro zlepšení využití znalostí v podnicích Finance 4.0.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the significance of knowledge management in the context of businesses operating in the Finance 4.0 sector. It justifies the topic selection by highlighting its relevance in the contemporary world, particularly considering changes in technologies, the market, and competition. The aim of the thesis is to analyze how to effectively manage and utilize knowledge as a strategic resource for gaining a competitive advantage within Finance 4.0. The work focuses on identifying key factors and strategies for the efficient use of knowledge, analyzes current trends in the Finance 4.0 sector, and explores their impact on the implementation of knowledge management. It systematically dissects key concepts of knowledge management and their practical applications. The thesis includes an analysis of the current state of knowledge management in Finance 4.0 businesses, identifies challenges and obstacles in implementing this concept, and proposes recommendations for improvement and effective utilization of knowledge management. The solution to the main problems is oriented towards the implementation of new technologies and processes, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, and employee education. The outcome of the thesis consists of specific steps for enhancing knowledge utilization in Finance 4.0 businesses.
