Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vývoje a realizace makroobezřetnostní politiky, zejména s ohledem na výzvy a příležitosti spojené s trhem nemovitostí. Hlavním záměrem práce je prozkoumat, jak tvůrci politiky čelí obtížím při navrhování a implementaci makro-pozornostních opatření. Tato analýza se provádí jak na obecné úrovni, tak na konkrétních příkladech z České republiky a Španělska.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis analyses the development and implementation of macroprudential policy, particularly with regard to the challenges and opportunities associated with the property market. The main purpose of the thesis is to explore how policymakers face difficulties in designing and implementing macroprudential measures.
