Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá vztahy obcí a krajů, které mezi nimi vznikají při výkonu samostatné a přenesené působnosti. Obsahuje analýzu právních vztahů samosprávných celků převážně v režimu zákona o obcích a zákona o krajích v návaznosti na Ústavu České republiky. This thesis deals with relations of municipalities and regions, which arise between them in the execution of indipendent and delegated powers. The thesis analyzes legal relations of self-governing units mostly on the base of the Act on Municipalities and the Act on Regions following the Constitution of the Czech Republic.
