Construction of a family hotel

Abstract:

Cílem mé diplomové práce je důkladně zanalyzovat podmínky v Lomnici pro otevření nového ubytovacího zařízení a na základě všech kroků potřebných k výstavbě hotelu a finanční analýze odůvodnit a obhájit možnost, zda a za jakých okolností může zahájit nový rodinný hotel provoz. Metodami, které jsem pro ověření realizace projektu zvolila, byl průzkum trhu zaměřený na budoucí cílovou klientelu, analýza prostředí, vyhodnocení nabídky služeb konkurenčních ubytovacích zařízení v Lomnici a okolí, finanční analýza, která zohledňuje vývoj příjmů z podnikání. V diplomové práci vycházím z konkrétního projektu a výsledky budou použity k realizaci výstavby. Na základě prostudování potřebných legislativ a další literatury jsem si vytvořila přehled, co realizace hotelu představuje.

Abstract:

The aim of my dissertation is to perform a thorough analysis of the conditions for the opening of a new accommodation facility in Lomnice, and based on all the steps necessary for the construction of the hotel and on a financial analysis explain and justify whether and under what circumstances a new family hotel can start to be run. The methods I chose to verify the implementation of the project consisted of a market research focused on future target customer group, an analysis of the surroundings, an evaluation of the offer of services of competing accommodation facilities in Lomnice and hinterland, and a financial analysis taking into account the expected development of revenues from this business. In my dissertation I refer to an existing particular project; the results will serve as a basis for the investor‘s decision. Having studied the essential legislation and other literature, I got an idea of what the construction of a hotel means.
