Abstract:
Má práce se zabývá vnějšími okolnostmi a jejich dopady do smluvního vztahu – jeho zániku, popřípadě změně. V práci rozebírám instituty účinné v dnešní době, tak také vybranými ustanoveními již vydaného občanského zákoníku.
Abstract:
Main topic of my work is external circumstances, and their circumstances with contractual relationship - extinguishing of obligations, modification of the contract, etc. I deal with present legislation, and of course with new civil code.
