Cílem práce je zjistit, která forma řízení veřejné správy měst v ČR je efektivnější, zda centralizovaná nebo decentralizovaná forma. Práce předpokládá, že centralizovaná forma řízení je efektivnější, z důvodů nižších nákladů na činnost správy a dalších úspor. The aim is to determine which form of management public administrations in the cities of the Czech Republic is more effective, whether centralized or decentralized form. The work assumes that a centralized form of management is more efficient because of lower costs of the administration and other savings.
