Analysis of the purchase process in an enterprise from the Buyer's perspective

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem analýzy nákupního procesu v podmínkách nadnárodní korporace firmy x, která podniká v těžebním průmyslu. Nákupní proces je analyzován z pohledu operací a činností, do kterých vstupuje zaměstnanec nákupního oddělení firmy – nákupčí. Teoretická část definuje obecné funkce a cíle nákupu společně s hlavními pojmy a tématy nákupního prostředí a vymezuje problematiku nákupu v podmínkách nadnárodní korporace. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou současného stavu nákupních procesů ve firmě x z pohledu nákupčího, předkládá zhodnocení dílčích částí nákupního procesu a navrhuje možnosti zlepšení procesu nákupu v podniku z pohledu procesů, do kterých zasahuje nákupčí. V rámci analýzy a rozhovorů bylo identifikováno několik problémových nákupních procesů. Pro tyto problémové nákupní procesy byla předložena doporučení pro řešení dílčích nedostatků.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the topic of analysis of the purchasing process in the conditions of the multinational corporation of the company x, which operates in the mining industry. The purchasing process is analyzed from the perspective of operations and activities in which enters the Buyer of the company x as an employee.The theoretical part defines the general functions and objectives of Purchasing as well as the main concepts and topics of the purchasing environment and defines the topic of purchasing in the conditions of the multinational corporation.The application part deals with the analysis of the current state of the purchasing processes in the company x from the perspective of the buyer, presents an evaluation of the sub-parts of the purchasing process and proposes possibilities to improve the purchasing process in the business from the point of view of the processes in which the Buyer steps in. Several issues have been identified in the purchasing processes during interviews and analysis of this thesis. Recommendations (how to deal with) have been submitted for these problematic purchasing processes.
