Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou čtyř konkrétních incidenčních sporů v insolvenčním řízení a zkoumá jejich dopad do účetnictví dlužníka či věřitele. Teoretická část práce čtenáře seznamuje s konkrétním názvoslovím insolvenčního řízení z pohledu insolvenčního zákona, které se bude objevovat v dalších kapitolách této práce. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of four specific incidental disputes in insovlency procesure and examines their impact on the debtor´s or creditor´s accounting.
