Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem právní úpravy daňového řádu. Cílem mé práce je přiblížit daňovému subjektu daňové řízení v teorii i praxi a vyhodnotit přínos daňového řádu jak pro daňový subjekt, tak i pro daňovou správu.
Abstract:
This Thesis deals with Analysis of the legal Regulation of the Tax Code. I intend to bring the tax Agency fiscal Management in Theory and Praktice and Evaluate the Benefits of the Tax Code for both the Taxpayer and the Tax Administration.
