Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá postupem, který bude užit při nutnosti získat závazné stanovisko státního požárního dozoru, jako dotčeného orgánu státní správy. Práce seznamuje se základy požární bezpečnosti staveb a činností státního požárního dozoru při schvalování projektové dokumentace stavby, uvádí postup k získání závazného stanoviska a také možnosti přezkumu, jako opravného prostředku.
