Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na socioekonomický profil daného města s bližším zaměřením na kulturu ve městě a jeho financování ze strany městského zastupitelstva. V práci je poukázáno na vlivy konkrétního prostředí, ve kterém kultura vzniká.
