Diplomová práce „Trendy ocenění transakcí v private equity“ si klade za cíl identifikovat, analyzovat a vysvětlit trendy a vzorce v oceňování pri-vate equity. Analýzy jsou prováděny na transakcích, které proběhly na evropském trhu v letech 2005 až 2019. Trendy jsou identifikovány a kvantifikovány pomocí statistických testů a regresních modelů. The master thesis “Valuation trends in private equity transactions” aims to identify, analyze and explain trends and patterns in private equity valuation. Analyses are conducted on transactions that occurred in the European market from 2005 to 2019. Trends are identified and quantified with the help of statistical tests and regression models.
