Abstract:

Práce se zabývá materiálními a nemateriálními stimulacemi zaměstnanců. Detailně popsány formy motivace zaměstnanců a problémy spojené s pojmem „demotivace“. Cílem je ukázat důležitost těchto úkonů, jejich výsledky a propojení na produktivitu celé společnosti podporující efektivní plnění strategických cílů. Práce je rozdělena do 4 kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá teoretickými postupy pro uvedené oblasti. Poskytuje informace o tom, jak by měly být systémy nastaveny a procesy fungovat v praxi. Druhá kapitola popisuje způsoby získávání informací, zdroje a metody získání poznatků pro praktickou část. Třetí kapitola se již zabývá praktickou stránkou v konkrétní firmě. Jedná se o reálný pohled prozkoumaných procesů, které ve společnosti fungují v momentě psaní práce. Ve čtvrté kapitole se nabízí soubor návrhů a doporučení, které vznikaly v průběhu dlouhodobé analýzy situace. Snahou je nabídnout řešení tam, kde se nachází prostor pro zlepšení nebo změnu, ale také návrhy nových koncepcí tam, kde je potřeba.

Abstract:

Work offers employees financial and nonfinancial motivation. Forms of motivation and employee problems or “de-motivations” are described in detail. The aim is to show the importance of such incentives, their outcome and effect on productivity of the entire organisation which in turn supports efficient achievement of strategic goals. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter deals with the theoretical aspect of the aforementioned topic of motivation. It offers information on how motivational systems should be put in place and how the processes should be implemented in practical terms. The second chapter describes ways of obtaining information, sources and methods in order to build an understanding of the practical aspect. The third chapter deals with the practical side of the processes in a specific company. It relates to a realistic view of the processes at the time of writing. The fourth chapter offers a collection of proposals and recommendations which originated in the course of the lengthy analysis of the situation. The aim is to offer a solution for situations which can be improved, or change and offer new concepts for situations which require complete change.
