Bakalářská práce se zabývá manažerskou prací a fluktuací. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit jakými způsoby manažeři ovlivňují zaměstnance a jejich preference zůstat či opustit firmu. Bachelor thesis occupies with management and fluctuation. The goal of bachelor thesis is to find out how managers affect employees and their preferences to stay or leave the company.
