Project of Increasing the Employee Motivation in the Specific Health-Care Organization

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na motivaci pracovníků ve zdravotnictví. Cílem diplomové práce je navržení projektu vedoucího ke zvýšení motivace a spokojenosti pracovníků vybraného zdravotnického zařízení. V teoretické části je pohled zaměřen na teoretické pojmy a poznatky z oblastí motivace, motivačních teorií, motivaci ve zdravotnictví a syndrom vyhoření. V praktické části je představeno dané zdravotnické zařízení, zpracována analýza současného stavu motivace pracovníků, doplněná dotazníkovým šetřením zaměřeným na motivaci, spokojenost a zaměstnanecké benefity. Výsledky analytických zjištění a dotazníkového šetření poskytují informace pro vytvoření projektu. Navržená opatření projektu by měla vést ke zvýšení motivace a celkové spokojenosti pracovníků zdravotnického zařízení. Projekt je ve svém závěru podroben nákladové, časové a rizikové analýze. Přínosem této práce by mělo být zlepšení atmosféry uvnitř organizace a společné nakročení správným směrem.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on employee motivation in the healthcare sector. The aim of the thesis is to design a project leading to increase the motivation and satisfaction of employees in a selected healthcare facility. In the theoretical part, the view focuses on theoretical concepts and knowledge in the areas of motivation, motivation theories, motivation in healthcare and burnout syndrome. In the practical part, the given healthcare facility is introduced, an analysis of the current state of employee motivation is prepared, supplemented by a questionnaire survey focused on motivation, satisfaction and employee benefits. The results of the analytical findings and the questionnaire survey inform the design of the project. The proposed measures of the project should lead to an increase in motivation and overall satisfaction of the employees of the healthcare facility. The project is concluded with a cost, time and risk analysis. The benefit of this work should be an improvement in the atmosphere within the organization and a collective step in the right direction.
