Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá kázeňským řízením ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Obsahuje obecná východiska a důkladný rozbor právní úpravy kázeňského řízení, zejména s ohledem na změny způsobené umožněním soudního přezkumu rozhodnutí o uložení kázeňského trestu. Důraz je v práci kladen především na praktické poznatky, které umožní ucelenější pohled na celou problematiku.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses on prison disciplinary procedure. It consists of theoretical introduction into the matter and thorough analysis of disciplinary procedure legislation with the emphasis on changes caused by permission of judicial review of imposition of disciplinary punishment.
