Kinematics during Nordic walking

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářská práce bylo porovnání hodnot pravé dolní končetiny hlezenního a kolenního kloubu při chůzi s použitím a bez použití nordic walking holí. Měření probíhalo na 5 probandech, kteří měli v průměru 25 let. K měření kinematiky chůze jsme použili 8 kamer Qualysis a testované osoby na sobě měli umístěny reflexní markery a klastry. Rychlost chůze byla sledována pomocí bezdrátových buněk, které byly umístěny kolem měřeného úseku. Ve výsledcích hlezenního kloubu ve fázi prvního a posledního kontaktu sagitální roviny jsme zjistili, že efekt použití holí je minimální. Naopak ve výsledcích kloubu kolenního v minimální flexi sagitální roviny má použití holí velký efekt. U hodnot minimální flexe hlezna byl zde, jako jediný, naměřený střední efekt v sagitální rovině. U zbylých naměřených hodnot, jako byla maximální flexe kolene v x rovině a první kontakt v koleni a hleznu v rovině y a z, efekt použití nordic walking holí buď malý nebo takřka zanedbatelný.

Abstract:

Main goal of this bachelor work is to compare the values of right ankle and knee joint during walk with use or without nordic walking sticks. Measurement was made on five respondents who average was 25 years. For the measurement we had 8 times camera Qualysis and the respondents had on their body placed reflexive markers and clusters. Speed of walking was watched with help of wireless cells, which were placed in measured section. In the results of sagittal plan of ankle with first and last contact we found out that use of walking sticks has a minimal effect. In the results of minimal sagittal plan of knee we found out that use of the walking stick has a great effect. In measured values of minimal flex of ankle was only one measured the middle effect in sagittal plan. In others measured values which, for example was maximum flex of knee in X-plan and first contact in knee and ankle in Y and Z plan was usage of nordic walking sticks was small or almost insignificant.
