Práce se zabývá možnostmi použití a přínosem mírné řízené hypotermie v resuscitační péči u pacientů se spontánním subarachnoidálním krvácením (SAH) stupně IV a V dle Hunta a Hesse (H-H) s cílem zvýšit toleranci ischemie vznikající v mozkové tkáni v důsledku vazospazmů (delayed cerebral ischemia, DCI). Abstract:
This work deals with possible benefit of using mild controlled hypothermia in the intensive care in the patients suffering from spontaneous subarachnoid haemorrhage clinical grades IV and V (according to Hunt and Hess).
