Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pomocí analýzy dokumentů, analýzy rozhovoru, analýzy dotazníkového šetření, vyhodnocením manažerské mřížky – GRID, metodě generalizace a vlastního pozorování zjišťuje manažerské styly řízení uplatňované ve výrobních podnicích a na základě výsledků vyhodnocuje jejich vliv na efektivitu řízení podniku.
