The practice of judicially mandated cooperation of children with educational care centers
Abstract:
Ve své práci jsem se rozhodla věnovat problematice spolupráce středisek výchovné péče s dětmi, které mají tuto spolupráci nařízenu soudem. Začátkem roku 2013 vstoupila v platnost novela zákona o sociálně právní ochraně dítěte. Podle ní je možno umístit dítě do střediska výchovné péče, soudním rozhodnutím. V práci se budu snažit zmapovat praxi takové spolupráce.
Abstract:
In my thesis, I decided to dedicate the cooperation of educational care centers with children who have this co-operation ordered by the court. In early 2013, entered into force of an amendment to the Act on social and legal protection of children.
