Safety assurance of a medium sized state

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem bezpečnosti státu, konkrétně České republiky a popisuje její základní bezpečnostní rámec. Cílem práce je porovnat kybernetickou bezpečnost ve třech různě velkých státech, zjistit, zda je možné Českou republiku srovnávat s mnohonásobně větším státem, anebo zda-li její plán není na tak vysoké úrovni a utvořit tak čtenáři komplexní obrázek ohledně zajišťování kybernetické bezpečnosti. Empirická část bude především zaměřena na ochranu kritické infrastruktury v oblasti kybernetického zabezpečení státu, což je v dnešní době velice důležité a rychle rozvíjející se odvětví.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of state security, specifically the Czech Republic and describes its basic security framework. The aim of the thesis is to compare cyber security in three differently sized countries, to find out whether it is possible to compare the Czech Republic with a much larger state, or whether its plan is not at such a high level and create a comprehensive picture of cyber security. The empirical part will focus primarily on the protection of critical infrastructure in the field of cyber security of the state, which is a very important and rapidly developing industry today.
