Abstract:
Tématem práce je vztah státu k církvím a náboženským společnostem v letech 1948 ? 1989, resp. zásahy komunistického režimu do života římskokatolické církve a českobratrské církve evangelické. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována perzekvovaným křesťanům. Cílem práce není hodnocení, ale nástin způsobů zasahování, jež byly v rozporu s ústavou a zákony.
Abstract:
Theme of this work is the relationship country and durcha and religious communities in years 1948 ? 1989, or intervention on Communistic regime with Catholic Church and Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren. Speciál attention paid to persecution christians. The target of work isn?t classification, but summary wals of intervention, Thich were in a conflict with constitution and testaments.
