V diplomové práci se zabývám základními pojmy motivace, motivačními teoriemi a představuji moderní poznatky motivace. Poukazuji na problematiku motivace zaměstnanců, komunikace a informovanosti a vypracovávám teoretický podklad motivačního programu. V praktické části zjišťuji představy pracovníků o motivaci pomocí dotazníkového šetření a tato data analyzuji. Na jejich základě navrhuji motivační program …more
Abstract:
The thesis deals with basic concepts of motivation, theories on motivating styles and introduces present motivating knowledge. The issue of staff motivation, communication and informativeness is presented and its theoretical base provided.
