Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem a současným stavem trhu práce v okrese Plzeň-sever. V teoretické části je charakterizován trh práce, nezaměstnanost, státní politika zaměstnanosti a agentury práce. Část praktická obsahuje charakteristiku daného regionu, uvádí hlavní příčiny nezaměstnanosti a charakterizuje problémové skupiny uchazečů o zaměstnání. This bachelor thesis deals with development and current state of the labour market in the Plzeň-North district. In the theoretical part, the labour market, unemployment, state employment policy and employment agencies are characterized.
