Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na postoj sociálních pracovníků, psychologů, právníků a policistů k domácímu násilí na mužích. Cílem práce je konceptualizovat tento postoj. Te-oretická část konceptualizuje témata domácí násilí na mužích, formy a druhy domácího násilí páchaného na mužích, pohled společnosti na násilí na mužích, sociální práci s osobami prožívajícími domácí násilí a postoj. Metodologická část je zaměřena na kvali-tativní výzkumnou strategii, kterou jsem zvolila v rámci datového výzkumu. Pro získání dat byla využita metoda polostrukturovaného rozhovoru; data byly následně zpracovány a analyzovány částečně na základě metody zakotvené teorie. Pro účely výzkumu byl zvo-len soubor 12 respondentů, z nichž 6 jsou sociální pracovníci, 2 psychologové, 2 právníci a 2 policisté. Výše uvedení respondenti splňují požadované vzdělání; pracují v zařízeních, na které se mohou obrátit muži prožívající DN a disponují osobní zkušeností. V interpre-taci diplomové práce kategorizuji pojmy a představy, které vyplývají z výpovědí re-spondentů na zkoumané téma. Rovněž se zabývám podrobnou interpretací vybra-ných kategorií a subkategorií pomocí paradigmatického modelu a zařazuji tato zjištění do teoretického rámce. V závěru práce odpovídám na hlavní výzkumnou otázku, předklá-dám doporučení pro praxi a další výzkumy.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the attitude of social workers, psychologists, lawyers, and policemen to domestic abuse against men. This work aims to conceptualize this attitude. The theoretical part conceptualizes the topics of domestic violence on men, types, and forms of domestic abuse against men, the perspective of society to domestic abuse against men, social work with people experiencing domestic abuse, and the approaches. The methodological part is focused on the qualitative research strategy that I selected for the purposes of the research. The semi-structured interviews were used to obtain data, which were subsequently processed and analyzed partly based on the grounded theory method. A set of 12 respondents was selected for the research, of which 5 are social workers, 2 are psychologists, 2 are lawyers and 2 are policemen. Respondents are qualified for their work; they are employed in the institutions that can be used by men experiencing domestic abuse and they have personal experience. In the interpretation of the diploma thesis, I categorize the concepts and ideas resulting from the statements of the respondents on the researched topic. Then I also deal with a detailed interpretation of selected categories and subcategories using a paradigmatic model and include these findings in a theoretical framework. At the end of the thesis, I answer the main research question and present recommendations for practice and further research.
