Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma "Spokojenost klientů vybrané organizace sociálních služeb s nabízenými službami" se zabývá klientem hodnocenou kvalitou poskytování sociálních služeb vybrané organizace, a to v závislosti na jejich celkové spokojenosti s výkonem daného nasmlouvaného úkonu. Cílem této práce je zjistit spokojenost klientů pečovatelské služby ve městech Vítkov a Budišov nad Budišovkou s nabízenými sociálními službami, jež jsou zprostředkovány neziskovou organizací Charita Odry. Data o spokojenosti těchto klientů byla získána použitím kvantitativního výzkumu ve formě dotazníku. Dotazníky byly strukturovány tak, aby reflektovali subjektivní spokojenost klienta s poskytováním jednotlivých služeb, které si klient u dané organizace nasmlouval. Pro jednoduchost a jednoznačnost při vyplňování byly v dotaznících uvedeny jasné a stručné otázky s možností výběru z několika předem stanovených odpovědí. Vyhodnocením jednotlivých dotazníků s osobními postoji klientů byl získán objektivní výstup ukazující na spokojenost klientů s výkonem nasmlouvaných sociálních služeb Charity Odry z čehož také pramení kvalita těchto služeb. Výstupy dotazníků budou po vyhodnocení prezentovány a předány vedení dané organizace k případné eliminaci nedostatků, což může zvýšit kvalitu poskytovaných služeb v dané organizaci. Smyslem práce tedy je pomoci organizaci zkvalitnit poskytované služby a tím v určité míře zlepšit kvalitu života klienta, kterému jsou služby poskytovány.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis on the topic "Satisfaction of the clients of the selected social service organization with the services offered" deals with the client's assessment of the quality of the provision of social services of the selected organization, depending on their overall satisfaction with the performance of the given contracted action. The aim of this work is to determine the satisfaction of care service clients in the towns of Vítkov and Budišov nad Budišovka with the offered social services, which are mediated by the non-profit organization Charita Odry. Data on the satisfaction of these clients was obtained using quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire. The questionnaires were structured in such a way as to reflect the client's subjective satisfaction with the provision of individual services that the client contracted with the given organization. For simplicity and clarity when filling out, the questionnaires included clear and concise questions with the option of choosing from several predetermined answers. By evaluating individual questionnaires with clients' personal attitudes, an objective output was obtained showing the clients' satisfaction with the performance of Carita Odra's contracted social services, which is also the source of the quality of these services. After evaluation, the results of the questionnaires will be presented and handed over to the management of the given organization for possible elimination of shortcomings, which can increase the quality of services provided in the given organization. The purpose of the work is to help the organization to improve the quality of the services provided and thus to a certain extent improve the quality of life of the client to whom the services are provided.
