This bachelor thesis presents ways for use of three-day food record as a method for evaluation of the needs and actual energy and nutrient intake of the patients visiting nutrition outpatient counseling. Táto bakalárska práca predkladá možnosti využitia trojdenného záznamu stravy ako metódy hodnotenia potreby a reálneho príjmu energie a živín pacientov sledovaných v nutričnej ambulancii. V teoretickej časti je popísaný chod nutričnej ambulancie, pacienti, ktorí ju navštevujú a proces hodnotenia výživového stavu. Ďalej sú porovnané rôzne metódy hodnotenia príjmu stravy jednotlivcov.
