Abstract:
Proces komunikace se projevuje nejen v běžném životě každého z nás, ale je přítomen i při soudním jednání v soudní síni. Při interakci ve výslechové situaci mezi vyslýchajícím a vyslýchaným dochází ke komunikaci, jejíž probíhání výrazně ovlivňuje celé trestní řízení. Like in our everyday life, communication exists during judicial proceeding too.
