Abstract:
Bakalářská práce "Kvalita poskytované péče v rámci odlehčovací služby z pohledu uživatelů" pojednává o tom, zda jsou uživatelé odlehčovací služby v současné době spokojeni s kvalitou poskytované péče. Popisuje, co vše je poskytováno uživatelům odlehčovací služby v Ústavu sociální péče Kociánka v Brně a snaží se zjistit, na jaké výši je kvalita poskytované péče v tomto zařízení z pohledu uživatelů.
