Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou trestních deliktů spáchaných na Hlučínsku podle zákona č. 50/1923 Sb. na ochranu republiky a souzených před Krajským soudem v Opavě v letech 1923-1938. Práce navazuje na bakalářský výzkum a rozšiřuje spektrum trestných činů kriminalizovaných podle zákona na ochranu republiky. Cílem práce je detailní analýza skutků a jejích pachatelů, sledování typických a specifických deliktů, porovnání s jinými regiony a následné aplikování tématu do hodin dějepisu prostřednictvím přípravy výukové jednotky. Práce je rozdělena na čtyři hlavní kapitoly, přičemž první z nich krátce rozebírá dějiny Hlučínska od 18. - 20. století. Druhá část popisuje okolnosti schválení zákona na ochranu republiky a zaměřuje se na její příznivce a odpůrce v Národním shromáždění. Třetí kapitola je nejobsáhlejší a zachycuje obecné rysy trestných činů, profily pachatelů, rozdělení trestných činů a konečně popisuje detailně vybrané skutky. Poslední kapitola obsahuje podrobný návrh vyučovací jednotky do hodin dějepisu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the criminal offenses in the Hlučín region according to the Act No. 50/1923 Coll. for the protection of the republic and judged before the Regional Court in Opava within the years 1923-1938. The work follows the bachelor's research and expands the spectrum of crimes criminalized under the law on the protection of the republic. The aim of the work is a detailed analysis of the acts and their perpetrators, monitoring of typical crimes, specific offences, comparison with other regions and the subsequent employment of the topic into history classes through the preparation of a teaching unit. The work is divided into four main chapters, the first of which briefly discusses the history of the Hlučín region from the 18th to the 20th century. The second part describes the circumstances of the approval of the law to protect the republic and concerns its supporters and opponents in the National Assembly. The third chapter is the most comprehensive and captures general features of crimes, profiles of perpetrators, distribution of criminal offences and finally gives a detailed description of the selected crimes. The last chapter contains a detailed plan for a teaching unit of one history class.
