This master thesis focuses on the Czech-German language conflict caused by the language ordination of the Austrian Prime Minister Badeni and his language policy. These ordinations established Czech as an inner office language, which practically effected the equality between the Czech and the German language. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá česko-německým jazykovým konfliktem, který vyvolala jazyková nařízení rakouského předsedy vlády Badeniho a jeho jazyková politika. V rámci těchto nařízení byla čeština ustanovena vnitřním úředním jazykem a následkem toho byl český jazyk uznán rovnocenným německému jazyku.
