Mapování hodnotového toku vybraného procesu

Abstract:
Práce se zabývá hodnocením procesu nákupu náhradních dílů na sklad údržby ve společnosti Kiekert-CS. Zaměřuje se na metodu mapování zvanou Value Stream Mapping. Jedná se o analýzu stávajícího procesu založenou na grafickém znázornění materiálového a informačního toku procesu.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the evaluation of the process of purchasing spare parts for the maintenance warehouse in the Kiekert-CS company. The work is focused on a method called Value Stream Mapping which is an analysis of the existing process based on a graphical representation of material and information flow.
