Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zahraniční učitele anglického jazyka, tzv. rodilé mluvčí. Jejím cílem je nalezení faktorů, které v zaměstnání a v rámci života v České republice ovlivňují jejich spokojenost a motivaci. This thesis is focused on foreign teachers of English, so called native speakers. Its aim is disclosure of agents which influence their satisfaction and motivation at work and in terms of life in the Czech Republic.
