A Survey of Motivational Tools of New Employees and Management in the Ski School
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na oblast motivace, která je velmi podstatnou částí při problematice získávání a vzdělávání nové pracovní síly, ale i samotného managementu, který se zabývá prezentací lyžařské školy z mnoha hledisek. Dále práce soustředěna na problematiku financí a samotného uspořádání projektu.
Abstract:
The work is focused on the motivation which is the vital part of the issue of acquiring and training new workers but management itself which drala with the presentation of the ski schoul in many wals. Further work concentrated on issues on finance and organize the project itself.
