Selected factors of sports performance in elite water skiers

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá charakteristikou kondičních a somatických faktorů ve vodním lyžování. Bohužel tyto informace nebyly doposud podrobně popsány a jsou nedílným podkladem efektivního trénování. V teoretické části jsou stručně popsána pravidla tohoto sportu, historie vodního lyžování, kondiční faktory vztahující se k jednotlivým disciplínám a somatické faktory. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit oběhové vytížení během výkonu měřené pomocí TF, charakterizovat výkon z pohledu délky zatížení, intervalu odpočinku, energetického krytí a poločasu uklidnění. Dále vyhodnotit typologii somatotypu měřených probandů dle Heathové a Cartera. Ze somatických faktorů vyhodnotit množství aktivní tělesné hmoty, tukové složky, tělesnou váhu a výšku. Testovaný soubor tvořilo celkem 7 žen ve věku 18 – 21 let a 16 mužů ve věku 13 – 38 let. Na základě měření bylo zjištěno, že TF ve slalomu na konci průjezdů dosahuje průměrně 89 % TFmax, v trikové jízdě 88 % TFmax. Slalomová jízda má intervalový charakter zatížení, jejíž průměrná délka je 5 minut a 48 vteřin. Způsob hrazení energie probíhá převážně anaerobně. Poločas uklidnění je 27 vteřin. Triková jízda má taktéž intervalový charakter zatížení, jejíž průměrná délka je 14 minut a 56 vteřin. Způsob hrazení energie je aerobně – anaerobní. Poločas uklidnění je 20 vteřin. Průměrný somatotyp vodních lyžařů je 2,8 – 3,3 – 3,1 (žen), 2,1 – 4,2 – 3,1 (mužů). Dále ze somatických hodnot byly naměřeny tyto výsledky u žen: 50 % aktivní tělesné hmoty, 13 % tukové složky, tělesná váha 61,6 kg, tělesná výška 170,8 cm. U mužů byly zjištěny následující výsledky z tělesného složení a antropometrie: 51,5 % aktivní tělesné hmoty, 9,5 % tukové složky, tělesná váha 72,7 kg, tělesná výška 178,8 cm. Sportovní trénink by se měl odvíjet z uvedených závěrů. Jsou však nutné další výzkumy v této oblasti.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with characteristic of condition´s and somatic´s factors. This information about sport performance have not been described in detail yet and it is necessary part of efective training. The theoretical part includes rules and history of this sport, condition´s factors in each discipline of water skiing and somatic´s factors. The main goal of this thesis was measuring heart rate during water skiing, describe time of load, interval of rest, energy coverage and half time of relaxation. The next goal of this thesis was to evaluate somatotype by Heath and Carter, amount of active body mass, fat component, body weight and height. The tested sample was consisted of 7 women (18 – 21 years) and 16 men (13 – 38 years). It was found out that average of HR was 89% HRmax at the end of the slalom passes and at the end of the trick passes was an average of 88% HRmax. The slalom is characteristic in interval load, the average time was 5 minutes and 48 seconds. Energy coverage was predominantly anaerobic. Half time of relaxation was 27 seconds. The trick is characteristic in interval load, too. The average time was 14 minutes and 56 seconds. Energy coverage was aerobic – anaerobc. Half time of relaxation was 20 seconds. The average somatotype of water skiers was 2.8 - 3.3 - 3.1 (women), 2.1 - 4.2 - 3.1 (men). In addition, results of somatic values for women were: 50% active body mass, 13% fat component, 61,6 kg body weight and 170,8 cm body height. Men´s reuslts was following: 51.5% active body mass, 9.5% fat component, 72,7 body weight and body height 178.8 cm. Sports training should be based on the above conclusions. However, further research in this area is necessary.
