Debt Counselling in The Civic Advice Bureau

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza dluhového poradenství v občanských poradnách. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou zadlužování českých domácností, vymezuje poskytovatele a druhy finančních produktů, podmínky, za kterých dluh vzniká, sociální důsledky zadluženosti a je zde popsáno i využití teoretických konceptů sociální práce v dluhovém poradenství. Další kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na sociální poradenství, občanské poradenství a současné způsoby pomoci zadluženým klientům. Praktická část obsahuje cíl práce a hlavní výzkumné otázky, metodu sběru dat, popis výzkumného souboru, průběhu sběru dat a výsledky. Následuje diskuze, kazuistiky uživatelů a návrhy a doporučení.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is analysis of debt counseling in the Citizen's Advice Bureau. The theoretical part deals with an issue of Czech household indebtedness, it also defines the providers and the types of financial products, the conditions under which the debt arises and there is described the usage of the theoretical concepts of social work in debt counseling. Other chapters are focusing on social counseling, civil counseling and current ways of helping the indebted clients. The practical part contains the aim of this thesis and the main research questions, data collection method, description of research data, course of data collection and results. It is followed by discussion, case reports and suggestions and recommendations.
