Abstract:

Záměrem bakalářské práce bylo odhalení názoru vychovatelů na pedagogickou práci. Předmětem výzkumu byli vychovatelé pracující v dětských domovech. Hlavním cílem bylo zjištění původní motivace, naplnění a uspokojení z práce, jejich postavení v celkovém systému výchovy a jaké problémy a negativa ovlivňují jejich pedagogickou práci. V teoretické části je nastíněna charakteristika dětských domovů, jejich organizace, hlavní poslání a rovněž přiblížena osobnost vychovatele. Praktická část je zpracovaná metodou kvalitativního výzkumu. Dostatečné množství informací bylo získáno prostřednictvím rozhovorů s vychovateli, jež se dále analyticky zpracovávaly metodou zakotvené teorie. Kotvení teorie prošlo třemi fázemi kódování - otevřeným, axiálním a selektivním kódováním. Výsledná teorie zachycuje obecnou podstatu názorů vychovatelů dětských domovů na pedagogickou práci na svých pracovištích.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to unfold the attitudes of the pedagogues on education. The focus of the research was on educators in children´s homes. The main aim was to find out about the initial motivation, fulfilment and job satisfaction, their position in the education system and the problems that influence their pedagogic work. The theoretical part outlines the characteristics of children´s home, their organization, main aims and the core role of the educator. The practical part is devoted to qualitative research. Sufficient amount of information was obtained through interviews with educators. These were further analytically processed by the means of grounded theory. The grounding of the theory has undergone three coding phases ? open, axial and selective coding. The consequent theory captures the essence of general ideas of the educators on education in their workplaces.
