Abstract:
Cílem této práce je zhodnocení nabídky konkrétní destinace v oblasti cestovního ruchu z hlediska faktorů kvality, vymezení těchto faktorů a porovnání s výkonnostní složkou destinace, která bude zkoumána prostřednictvím spokojenosti návštěvníků. The main goal is evaluating of concrete destination´s supply in the point of view of quality factors, determination of these factors and comparing with performance part of destination, which will be evaluated by visitor´s satisfaction.
