Cílem teoretické části této bakalářské práce je definovat pojem biomarker a klasifikovat jej podle různých kritérií. Zjistit výhody a nevýhody využití biomarkerů při hodnocení kontaminace životního prostředí. Dále zabývat se podrobněji biomarkery, které se vyskytují u půdních bezobratlých a jejich využitím v praxi v různých odvětvích. The aim of the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is to define the term biomarker and to classify it according to various criteria. Find out the benefits and disadvantages of using biomarkers in assessing environmental contamination.
