Abstract:

V bakalářské práci se zabývám tzv. externími pracovníky, kteří ve svém volném čase vedou pravidelné zájmové útvary v centrech volného času. Na vedoucí externí pedagogické pracovníky nahlížím jako na dobrovolníky a za hlavní cíl práce tedy pokládám zjištění důvodů, které je vedou k práci ve volnočasových zařízeních. Konkrétně se také zaměřuji na to, za jakých okolností se k této činnosti dostali, jaké podmínky pro vedení v centrech volného času mají, ale i jaké limity ve vedení sami vnímají. V jednotlivých kapitolách teoretické části více rozeberu dobrovolnictví, neformální a zájmové vzdělávání, volný čas, pedagogické pracovníky ve volném čase, externího pracovníka a legislativní zakotvení jednotlivých pojmů v českém prostředí. Empirická část představuje výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu, který byl realizován skrze individuální rozhovory s externími pracovníky. Přináším pohled na působení externistů v centrech volného času.

Abstract:

In the bachelor's thesis, I focus on the so-called external workers who run regular leisure activities in leisure centres in their spare time. I look the external workers as volunteers and therefore the main aim of the thesis is to find out the reasons that lead them to work in leisure centres. Specifically, I also focus on the circumstances under which they became involved in this activity, the conditions for leadership in leisure centres, as well as the limits they themselves perceive in leadership. In each chapter of the theoretical part, I discuss more volunteering, non-formal and leisure education, leisure time, pedagogical workers in leisure centres, external workers, and the legislative anchoring of each concept in the Czech environment. The empirical part presents the results of qualitative research, which was conducted through individual interviews with external workers. I bring a perspective on the work of external workers in leisure centres.
