Přirozeně neuspořádané proteiny jsou přítomny v mnoha konformacích, což činí studium jejich struktury obtížným. Nicméně neuspořádané proteiny mohou zaujmout dobře definovanou strukturu v komplexu s dobře uspořádaným vazebným partnerem. NMR spektroskopie dokáže studovat takové komplexy s atomovým rozlišením. Abstract:
Intrinsically disordered proteins are present in many conformations which makes it difficult to study their structure. However, the disordered proteins may adopt a well-defined structure in a complex with a well-ordered binding partner. NMR spectroscopy is capable of studying such complexes with atomic resolution.
