Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice založení divadelní kavárny a vypracování podnikatelského plánu. V teoretické části je vysvětlena společenská odpovědnost podnikání a tvorba podnikatelského plánu, který je při základní podnikatelských projektů nezbytný. Praktická část se zaměřuje na praktické založení divadelní kavárny a tvorbu podnikatelského plánu. V podnikatelském plánu jsou využity metody analýzy trhu a analýza finanční. Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování reálného podnikatelského plánu k založení fiktivní divadelní kavárny. Výstupem z této práce je zjištění, zda založení divadelní kavárny je reálné a zda by tento podnik byl na trhu životaschopný.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the establishment of theater café and the creating of a business plan. The theoretical part explains the Corporate Social Responsibility and creating a business plan, which is at the base of business projects necessary. The practical part focuses on the practical foundation of a theater café and creating a business plan. The business plan is based on methods of market analysis and financial analysis. The aim of the thesis is the creation of a real business plan to establish a fictious theater café. The outcome of this work is to determine whether the establishment of a theater café is realistic and whether the undertaking is viable on the market.
