Cieľom bakalárskej práce „Cena ticha“ je odhadnúť, aký vplyv má hluk a znečistenie ovzdu-šia na oceňovanie nehnuteľností v meste Brno. K analýze sa využíva model hedonickej ceny. Práca je rozdelená do troch kapitol.
