Práce se zabývá především vypořádáním obchodů s cennými papíry. Toto téma je rozvíjeno komplexně, aby došlo k popsání co největšího dílu této problematiky. Z tohoto důvodu se v teoretické části věnuji charakteristice terminologické základny, která je pro zpracování mé diplomové práce nezbytná. The work deals mainly with the settlement of securities transactions. This theme is developed comprehensively in order to describe the greatest part of this issue. For this reason, the theoretical part dedicate characteristic terminology base, which is the processing of my thesis is necessary.
