Earnings system in the enterprise

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá mzdami a tvorbou mzdového systému v podniku. Mzda je pro podnik jednak veličinou ovlivňující náklady, jednak nástrojem podněcování výkonu pracovníků. První část této práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů a přístupů používaných k tvorbě mzdového systému. Ve druhé části je reálný mzdový systému konfrontován s teoretickými poznatky získanými v první části. Na základě poznatků z praktické části jsou navržena doporučení na případnou změnu mzdového systému.

Abstract:

This dissertation deals with wages and formation of earnings system in the enterprise. The wage is partly cost influencing value and partly employees´output incentive instrument. . The first part of this dissertation is concentrated on account of basic concepts and approaches applied to creation of earnings system. In the second part is the real earning system confronted with theoretical pieces of knowledge acquired in the first part. On the basic of the pieces of knowledge from the practical part of this work, the recommendation is devised to the earnings system
