Edukation of a patient with a stoma

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je "Edukace pacienta se stomií". Edukace stomiků je velmi důležitá už v předoperačním období. Následná edukace a reedukace je též důležitá jak pro stomika tak pro stomickou sestru. Vytváří se vztah mezi edukantem a edukátorem, který návazně napoomáhá v péči o stomika a jeho stomii, vytvoření edukačního plánu a vedení edukačního procesu. V teoretické části se zabývám vymezením pojmů, předoperační, pooperační péčí a následnou péčí a edukací stomiků. V praktické části je zpracován průzkum, ve kterém se snažím identifikovat hlavní zdroje informací stomiků a informovanost stomiků. Ve výzkumné části jsem použila průzkumné šetření, které bylo provedeno dotazníkovou formou a výsledky jsou zaznamenány a tabulkách a grafech. Respondenti, kteří se zůčastnili průzkumného šetření jsou pacienti se stomií.

Abstract:

The topic ot the thesis is "Education of a patient with a stoma". Education stoma is very important already in the preoperative period. Folow-education and re-education is also important for stoma patients and stoma nurse. It creates between the educator relationship, which consequently helps in the care of stoma patients and stoma creating an educational plan and conduct educational proces. The theoretical part deals with the definition of terms, preoperetive, postoperative and folow-up care and education stoma. In the practical part contains a survey, in which we try to identify the main sources of information and awareness stoma patients. In the research I used a reconnaissance survey, which was conducted by questionnare method and results are reported in tables and graphs. Respondents who participated in the screening survey, patients with a stoma.
