Cílem této bakalářské diplomové práce je analyzovat a následně porovnat dvě hlavní ženské postavy Katherinu a Kate z fóliové verze Zkrocení zlé ženy Williama Shakespeara a kvartové Zkrocení jedné zlé ženy od anonymního autora. The aim of the present thesis is to analyse and compare the two main female characters, Katherina and Kate, from the folio version of William Shakespeare’s The Taming of the Shrew and its quarto variant The Taming of a Shrew written by the anonymous author.
