The phenomenon of school indiscipline and aggression of high school students

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá fenoménem školní nekázně a agresivitou studentů středních škol vůči pedagogům. Cílem je popsat příčiny a nejčastější projevy nekázně a agresivního chování ve škole, zmapovat osobní zkušenosti učitelů se školní nekázní žáků, jejich reakce a způsoby řešení. V praktické části práce využívám kvantitativní výzkumnou strategii, výzkumným nástrojem bude dotazníkové šetření mezi učiteli a studenty různých typů středních škol. Získané výsledky budou vhledem do současné kázeňské situace na středních školách.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the phenomenon of school indiscipline and aggression of high school students against teachers and mapping the personal experiences of teachers in the issue of school indiscipline. The aim is to examine and clarify the causes of school indiscipline, describe the most common manifestation of indiscipline against teachers, reactions of teachers to indiscipline and agression and actions how they resolve this problem. In my work I focus on reasons why students don't respect teachers and experiences of teachers with indiscipline at school. The aim of the practical part is the quantitative approach to research. The research sample is represented by students and teachers from various high schools. Data are obtained via an anonymous questionnaire survey, where obtained results can help to find and lower the causes leading to school indiscipline.
